Artist Statement:
“I became a student of watercolor about 7 years ago, as a way of occupying my mind when one of my sons was diagnosed with cancer. I knew I needed two things: something else to think about and to face the fact that I had no control of his future. Watercolor was perfect because there is so much to learn and the artist is forced to give up control. It has been very therapeutic for me and I will likely be a forever student.
Many thanks to St. Giles and Angie Cooke for allowing me to use this lovely space. In appreciation, 10% of any proceeds will be given to Make Creative Studio. I hope you enjoy the art!”
